David has been in the real estate industry for over a decade and is well established and heavily experienced while being a professional property negotiator specialising in Bayside and beyond.
A family man living in Highett with his wife and two kids aged six and eight, loves Bayside and the lifestyle it provides.
David Lamond commenced his career in retail sales across a broad range of industries honing his communication and negotiation skills prior to pursuing his passion in property back in 2007.
